[![](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/hubfs/APac%20Flag/Rounded%20Square/japan.png) 日本語](https://www.innovatingautomation.asia/jp/) [>> Back to homepage](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/kr) # ISO 10816-3 집중탐구：장비 상태 검사를 위한 기계 진동 표준 Posted by [Balluff](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/kr/author/balluff) on Jul 20, 2020 3:55:04 PM 산업 생산 현장에서 모터나 원심 펌프 같은 일반 장비는 전력을 공급하고 동력을 전달하는 매우 중요한 장비 유형으로 간주된다. 이 중에서도 산업용 모터는 산업 부문에서 전기 에너지를 기계 에너지로 바꿔주는 동력의 원천이다. 원심 펌프는 유체를 이송하거나 유체에 압력을 가하는 기기이다. 주로 물, 오일, 산성, 및 염기성 액체, 유액을 이송할 때 사용한다. 일반적으로 화학, 제약, 식음료 부문에서는 액체 금속이나 유현탁제 같은 액체가 널리 사용된다.  따라서 이러한 장비가 고장 나 작동이 중지될 경우 생산 공정에 직접적인 손실이 생기거나 심지어 위험한 사고가 야기되어 엄청난 피해가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 시설의 전력 장비 부서에서 장비 정비를 통해 장비의 안전 동작 여부를 확인하는 업무는 매우 중요하다.   ##### 예지 정비와 상태 모니터링 지금까지 주로 순회 검사나 정기 정비 방식만 사용되어 왔기 때문에 모터나 펌프 장비의 결함 수리 대부분은 문제가 발생한 후에만 실시된다. 아쉽게도 순회 검사는 장비 고장을 줄이거나 방지하지 못하며 정기 정비는 과소 정비나 과다 정비 같은 문제가 발생한다. 게다가 일일 정비 작업은 사람의 책임감과 경험에 의존하는 경우가 대부분이다. 정비 담당자가 교체될 때마다 장비의 운전 및 관리에 대한 부담이 커지며, 광범위한 현장 정비 경험이 신입에세 전수되기가 매우 어려운 편이다.   기기 제조, 자동 제어, 신뢰할 수 있는 엔지니어링, 지능형 관리가 발달하면서 예지 정비 개념이 부각되고 있다. 예지 정비는 센서 감지와 데이터 분석 기술에 기반한다. 예지 정비는 에너지, 열, 마모, 진동 등과 같이 모터 작동에 작용하고 있는 물리적 및 화학적 매개변수의 변동 정보를 정기적으로 또는 지속적으로 모니터링하는데 머신 러닝 알고리즘과 모델에 그 기반을 두고 있다. 예지 정비는 장비 상태를 분석하고 평가하여 다음 고장 시점과 정비가 필요한 시점을 예측하는 방법이다.    ##### **모든 부문에 ISO 10816-3 표준 적용 ** 기계적 진동에 관한 국제 표준인 현재 국제표준화기구의 ISO-10816 (기계적 진동 - 비회전 부품의 측정을 통한 기계 진동 평가)은 기존 ISO 2372 표준을 업그레이드한 것으로 주로 진동속도의 기준을 변경한 것이다. 2001년에 중국 국가 표준 GB-T 6075 로 공표된 진동 변위를 이용해 장비 상태를 평가하는 이러한 새로운 기준이 세부 규정에서 추가되었다.  ISO 10816-3은 이 표준의 제 3부, 즉 "출력이 15KW를 초과하면 회전 속도가 120RPM과 5000RPM-1998 사이인 산업용 기계"이다. 이 부분에서는 해당되는 기계 범주, 참조 표준, 측정 절차 및 작동 상태, 기계 등급, 평가 요건을 하나씩 기술한다. 이 표준에서는 특히 측정 절차와 해당 상태에서 측정 장비, 측정 위치, 연속성 및 불연속성 모니터링, 작동 상태 등을 각각 기술한다. 예를 들어, 진동 상태 모니터링 센서 같은 모니터링 장비의 경우 주파수 응답 범위 10Hz~1KHz의 넓은 주파수 대역에서 진동을 측정할 수 있어야 한다. 평가 규칙에 따라서는 변위나 속도 또는 둘 다를 측정할 수 있어야 한다. 속도가 600rmin에 가깝거나 그 미만인 기계는 계측기의 주파수 응답 하한이 2Hz에서 시작해야 한다. 그리고 측정 시스템이 온도, 음장, 센서 케이블 길이, 자기장, 전력 공급 변화 또는 센서 방향 같은 환경적 요인의 영향을 받지 않아야 한다는 점도 고려해야 한다.   ![condition-monitoring-sensor](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog/BCM%20Introduction/en/condition-monitoring-sensor.png?width=471&name=condition-monitoring-sensor.png)   이 점에 있어서 Balluff가 출시한 다기능 상태 모니터링 센서 BCM 시리즈는 국제 표준 ISO 10816-3을 준수하거나 훨씬 초과한다. 예를 들어, 2~3200 Hz 범위에서 진동 주파수를 모니터링할 수 있는데 이는 장비의 진동 속도(0~220mm/s) 또는 가속도(0~16g) 측정에 사용할 수 있다. 측정 장치의 경우 보호 수준이 IP67 이상인 전체 스테인리스 스틸 하우징을 사용한다.
