[![](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/hubfs/APac%20Flag/Rounded%20Square/japan.png) 日本語](https://www.innovatingautomation.asia/jp/) [>> Back to homepage](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/kr) # RFID로 자동차 생산을 가속화하다 Posted by [Balluff](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/kr/author/balluff) on Jul 23, 2020 10:03:54 PM 자동차 산업은 제조 기술 트렌드를 주도하는 산업 분야 중의 하나입니다. 1913년에 헨리 포드는 조립 라인을 도입하였고 자동차 생산 방식을 크게 바꾸어 놓았습니다. 한 세기가 지난 지금 자동차 산업은 다시 한번 역사에서 가장 큰 혁신의 시대를 맞이하고 있습니다 상이한 모델과 다양한 장비 변형이 만나면서 복잡성은 증폭됩니다. 그리고 다양한 소비자 기호를 맞추려 하다 보니 위기를 겪기도 합니다. 조립 공정 근무자는 셀 수 없이 많은 수만 개의 부품을 조립하기 때문에 작업자의 조립 실수로 불량품이 발생하는 것을 피하기 위해 정확한 추적이 요구됩니다. 안전과 관련된 부품들은 매뉴얼로 스캔해야 하는 바코드가 제공됩니다.   ##### 자동차 생산에서 바코드 대비 RFID의 주요 장점  RFID 기술은 일상 업무에서 직원들을 해방시키고 자동 검사로 올바른 부품이 설치될 수 있도록 도와 줍니다. 바코드와 비교하여 RFID의 장점은 다음과 같습니다.:   - 바코드는 제품 정보만을 포함하지만 RFID 태그는 자동차 좌석이 설치될 차량에 대한 정보도 추가적으로 제공합니다.  - 바코드는 핸드 스캐너로 바코드를 하나씩 수동으로 판독해야 하지만 RFID 태그는 접촉 없이 스캐너로 RFID 태그들을 동시에 감지할 수 있습니다. - RFID 태그는 언제든지 정보를 검색할 있으며 생산 과정에서 RFID 태그가 부착된 모든 필수 부품들이 설치되었는지 미리 확인할 수 있습니다. RFID를 사용하지 않는다면 최종 검사 과정에서 육안으로 메뉴얼로 확인을 해야 합니다. - 또한 오늘날 자동차 산업에서는 생산 부품에 개별 ID를 부여하여 추적을 가능하게 하는 것이 필수적입니다. RFID는 직접적인 접촉이 없거나 부품을 다시 페인트칠한 후에도 정보를 쉽게 검색할 수 있습니다. 먼지나 기름이 묻어도 제대로 기능을 하며 또한 특수하게 보호 처리된 태그는 높은 기계, 온도, 그리고 화학적 부하에도 기능을 유지합니다.  ##### RFID의 원리는? RFID는 전자파로 물체를 인식하는 기술입니다. 리더기는 고주파 전자기장을 생성하며 데이터 캐리어 ("태그"라고도 함)가 리더기 근처에 다다르면 태그의 특정 구조가 자기장을 변화시키고 비접촉 방식으로 개별 정보를 전송합니다.    ![RFID Tag and Reader](https://automation-insights.blog/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/RFID-Tag-and-Reader.jpg) RFID 시스템의 원리 ##### RFID로 공정 신뢰성과 수익성을 향상 하나의 자동차를 만들려면 수 천개의 부품이 필요합니다. 하지만 안전, 환경적으로 또는 테스트 관련 부품들만 RFID 태그가 있습니다. 예를 들어 모터케이블에는 자동으로 정보를 읽을 수 있는 태그가 있습니다. RFID가 없다면 작업자는 데이터 베이스에 메뉴얼로 라벨을 입력하며 오류가 쉽게 발생할 수 있습니다. RFID는 부품을 자동으로 인식하며 작업자는 이송된 박스에서 라벨을 찾아보지 않아도 됩니다.    RFID는 배송이 된 시점부터 완제품이 될 때까지 언제 어디서나 부품의 위치를 정확하게 알 수 있습니다. 해당 정보로 특정 영역에서 발생한 지연과 같은 프로세스 변경에 유연하게 대처할 수 있으며 바로 생산 일정을 재조정할 수 있습니다. 그리고 현재 재고를 항시 파악하고 올바른 제품이 차량에 맞게 설치되었는지 알 수 있습니다. 따라서 공정 신뢰성과 효율성을 상당히 높일 수 있으며 RFID 솔루션은 차량 당 몇가지 메뉴얼로 이루어지는 문서화 작업을 없앨 수 있고 물류 및 생산 공정에서 더 많은 투명성을 제공합니다. 이는 리소스 투입 대비 수익성이 증가하는 것을 의미합니다.    ##### RFID 기술 도입은 자동차 공급에서부터  Ideally, the implementation of RFID starts with the automotive suppliers. They attach the RFID tags to their components what allows them to use the technology within their own logistics and manufacturing facilities. On arrival to the car manufacturer, the parts are driven through an RFID gate that reads out the tags automatically and adds the parts to the inventory. If the car leaves the assembly hall after manufacturing you can screen again by the RFID gate. At the push of a button it can show which parts are under the hood.
