[![](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/hubfs/APac%20Flag/Rounded%20Square/south-korea.png) 한국어](https://www.innovatingautomation.asia/kr/) [>> Back to homepage](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/jp) # 熱式流量センサによるプロセスの監視 Posted by [Balluff](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/jp/author/balluff) on Jul 23, 2020 6:14:23 PM 金属加工では、要求される加工品質の達成と切削工具の保護のため、装置の熱安定性を制御することが不可欠です。   ##### 工作機械の流量センサアプリケーション ![metalworking](https://blog.innovatingautomation.asia/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog/BCM_3/metalworking.jpg?width=768&name=metalworking.jpg) 冷却と潤滑を目的とした切削油を用いた金属物体の加工   特にシリーズ生産では、フライスの送り速度 (工具の移動速度)を常に最適化することで、可能な限り効率的に最大限の生産性を達成します。ワークや切削工具、装置の損傷リスクを回避するため、切削油の供給を監視しなければなりません。 長年に渡り、供給する切削油の流量を最小に制御するため、浮きと磁気センサを内蔵した流量計が使用されてきました。この浮き子式流量計の動作原理では、切削油に含まれる残存した固形物が流量計の各部分に付着することで、正確な測定ができなくなるおそれがあります。   ##### Calorimetric sensing principle熱式流量センサの動作原理 熱力学的原理に基づく流量センサは、センサ素子を2つの位置に搭載して動作します。最初の測定点は媒体の温度と同等になり、2番めの測定点は媒体温度より少し高い温度になります。この媒体の流量と熱容量に応じて、2番めの加熱された測定点は冷却されます。この2つの測定点の温度差が流量の指標となります。 内部のエレクトロニクスは予めポテンションメーターなどで調整された設定値と測定値を比較し、測定値が設定値を超えた状態でのみ、スイッチング信号を出力します。   ##### 熱式流量センサの利点 -
